About Chloë's
Chloë's Restaurant and Bar is Burton's newest and
most exciting venue for relaxed contemporary dining. Located in
Mathew Bass's (Lord Burton) Victorian Liberal Club, Chloë's
is at the heart of historic Burton-upon-Trent and provides
the perfect setting for lunch, dinner or just a drink with friends.
Head Chef Nick Waldron is passionate
about food and offers a menu featuring the finest local produce
in dishes ranging from traditional French and Mediterranean cuisine
to innovative ideas from around the world. The menu
is updated regularly as the seasons and produce change so diners
can either try something new, or stick to an old favourite.
The restaurant offers a table d'hôte menu from 12:00
to 3:00 Tuesday to Friday and express bar meals are available
Tuesday to Friday 12:00am to 7:00pm. The dinner menu is
available from 7:00pm to 10:00pm every night apart from Sundays
and Mondays. If you don't need to get up too early for lunch the
next day, we have a supper license to keep the bar open for diners
until midnight. On Sundays we offer a modern twist to the traditional
Sunday lunch served from 12:00 to 3:00 accompanied by laid
back music to create that real Sunday feeling.
Chloë's lounge bar is the place to meet up - relaxed, comfortable
and with a big city atmosphere. We serve the finest beers from
the Coors Brewery right next door with Draught Bass served
much as it would have been in the Liberal club over 100 years
ago. Our extensive wine list offers selections from both the old
and new worlds, and we stock a great range of quality spirits
and mixers to create your favorite drink. Chloë's also serves
freshly made espresso, cappuccino, latté, Americano and
teas.
